The Rescue Crew online communications platforms are directed at a general audience and does not knowingly collect persnally identifiable information from children under 18. The programs and applications used by the website provide for or allow for perosonal fundraiisng and sponsorship donations, and should only be used under the supervision of an adult. The Rescue Crew shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of this website by minors.

Discontinuing Contact Upon Request.
It is the policy of The Rescue Crew to communicate with contacts, subscribers and donors according to their expressed preferences whenever possible. The Rescue Crew will discontinue or change the method used to contact any person upon that person’s oral or written request directed to the organization. The Rescue Crew maintains a record of all requests by persons who indicate to us that they do not wish to be contacted by or on our behalf.
