  • Returns & Eligibility

    We accept returns or replacements only if an item arrives:

    Damaged

    Defective

    Incorrect (wrong item received)

    To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery

    A description of the issue

    Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

    We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

  • Resolution Options

    If your claim is approved, we will:

    Send a replacement item at no cost, or

    Issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Non-Returnable Items

    Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    Incorrect size selection

    Color preference

    Buyer’s remorse

    Ordering mistakes

    If a return is required due to a defect or error, we will provide instructions

    Customers should not return items without contacting us first
